If an employee, or former employee does raise an employment dispute (a personal grievance or any other employment related claim)  against your business,  Employers Law can represent you, and if you are a member, we offer a significantly reduced hourly rate for representation.

We can assist from the first notification of the claim,  represent you at Mediation, the Employment Relations Authority or the Employment Court.  We can represent your business negotiating agreements (including exit negotiations) and will  ensure that a ‘full and final’  agreement is exactly that.

If you do receive a personal grievance claim, we will discuss the claim with you and provide you with written advice, including a risk assessment, potential costs and process, so that you know what to expect and can make informed decisions.
